• Provider: SableAlpha, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
• Registered office: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., its registered agent, and notices may also be sent to hello@sablealpha.com.
• Governing law: the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

• SABLE is decision-support software for organizations, and its outputs inform decisions that your organization makes and remains responsible for, so nothing in it is legal, tax, or other professional advice.
• Forecasts and scenarios are probabilistic model outputs provided for informational purposes only, they are not guarantees of outcomes, and your organization retains sole responsibility for its decisions.
• External data shown in SABLE comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or incomplete, and it is subject to those providers' terms.

• Enterprise engagements are scoped on a demo call and governed by a written order form or agreement, and no fees are charged through this website.
• Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the applicable order form or agreement.

• You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the service to build a competing product, and you may not use it to violate law or the rights of others.
• SABLE retains all rights in the software, models, and documentation, and your organization retains all rights in its data.

• Your organization owns the data and content it provides and grants SABLE a limited license to store and process it only to operate the service.
• On termination your data is returned or deleted as the agreement sets out, subject to legal-retention exceptions and backup limitations.

• The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SABLE's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees paid by your organization in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
• Any dispute arising out of these terms is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to their jurisdiction, unless the written agreement for the engagement provides otherwise.
