What happens to your data
- We set up a workspace that holds your documents and no other company's, and index what you send.
- You receive an invitation email and set your own password, which we never see or hold.
- The accounting export is read in your browser and never uploaded, and we keep only the totals and the status of each finding.
- Questions are answered from your own documents with the passage each answer came from, or a plain statement that your documents do not carry the answer.
- Nothing is written to any system of yours without an authorized person approving each item.
- Access ends on the stated date, or earlier whenever you ask, and then we remove your documents by hand and confirm in writing when it is done.
